Thank you for your pre-order. Your items will be prepared and placed in your accommodation prior to your arrival. Depending on the product, they will be stored in the refrigerator or placed on the kitchen counter. Please enjoy them at your convenience after check-in.

We offer complimentary delivery when the total pre-tax amount of all items in your order reaches ¥3,000 or more.
If the combined pre-tax total is less than ¥3,000, a delivery fee of ¥572 (including 10% tax) will apply.
